Split your goals in two categories. What do your aspirations look like 5-10 years from now? What do you want to accomplish in the next year?

  1. Fill in 30,000ft with your 5 - 10 year goals.
  2. Then fill in 10,000ft with your goals for the next 6 months - 2 years.

The key is to identify at least one 30,000ft goal that your 10,000ft goals works to achieve using the Relation feature, and make sure you have at least one 10,000ft goal associated with each 30,000ft goal. Use the 30,000ft Goal within the 10,000ft section to identify the associated 30,000ft goal.

Once a relation has been created using the 10,000ft section, the 30,000ft section will automatically count how many of your 10,000ft goals work towards your 30,000ft goals using the Rollup feature.
